Matías Carruitero Contreras

Argentinian biologist and performer passionate about data storytelling. He plays the bass and the stick guitar with musical and theatrical groups since 2003. He performed in several festivals in Argentina, Europe, China and recently in Greenland.

His training includes Clown, Contact Improvisation and Theatre Anthropology with several teachers from Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium – Odin Teatret (NTL) and the Argentinian theatre group ¨El Brote¨.

On the one hand, he is interested in how musicians can theatrically interact with performers on stage.

On the other hand, he uses his background as a biologist and experience as a performer to collect and share interesting data about the activities done at the NTL in an appealing way.
