Roberta Carreri receives an honorary award at a major conference on theater anthropology in Greece.
Over the weekend, Roberta Carreri participated in the 3rd International Conference on Theater Anthropology in Patras, Greece, organized by the Theater Laboratory for Drama and Speech – University of Pargas in collaboration with the Center for Theater Anthropology, the Barba Varley Foundation and Patras University Museum of Science and Technology.
Here, Roberta Carreri received an honorary award for her work as an actress and her great contribution to theater anthropology. The award was presented by the vice dean of Pratas University.
Maria Frangi, head of the "Special Teaching Staff" at the University of Patras, gave a presentation on the "science of the actor" based on Roberta on stage and in training, followed by a feature from Roberta herself about her experience and relationship with theater anthropology.
Many cultural exchanges also took place at the conference and here Roberta participated with an excerpt from her workshop "The Dance of Intentions".
In the days following the conference, Roberta went on to Athens to teach a master class.
