"Vivaldis Vilde Liv" happens at Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium on 15th of June from 14.00-15.00.
During The Festive Week 2024 you will have the opportunity to experience a grand theater concert about none other than Antonio Vivaldi. Be amazed and affected when you hear the story of an artist, whos fate gives insight to the cynicism of the art industry and the painful sting of fame.
Vivaldi reached star status in his time, a "rockstar" of the past, comparable to our time's David Bowie or Taylor Swift. He was a true star, but ended his life very poor and forgotten.
During the performance you will meet a passionate actor and four musicians who, obsessed with Vivaldis life and legacy, takes you into an old universe, where you will explore the streets of Venice and the raw reality and life of the 1700s.
The story is brought to life accompanied by the always impressive Ensemble Midtvest and Kai Bredholdt, and it will be an extravagant show for you to feel in your chest.
