"Action Man Collects Sweethearts" is a performance where we meet Action Man - a warrior-character, who has been exposed to a certain way of being a man. Action Man constantly tries being the strong, hypermasculine man to live op to a bunch of expectations. But it all flops a bit; his armour is weaved and is more of a dress than a cool armour. When we builds a catapult he can barely move it because it's too heavy, like his sword that he can barely lift, and his medieval warmachines are loaded with lovers letters and roses instead of weapons, because he has a tendency to become soft, loving and fall in love with his enemies.
