This event takes place from the 14th to the 16th of June from 16.30 to 18.30.
"Is the realm rich: Room for the future" is an interactive guided tour led by Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium through the former hospital of Holstebro.
During The Festive Week of 2024, embark on a captivating journey that intertwines the life cycle of the historic Hospital of Holstebro with the stages of human existence, imagination, and dreams.
Throughout this tour you will witness firsthand a rich sample of Holstebro’s art, community, and cultural life, as they present their interpretation of the hospital's change from a health institution into a cultural facility, exploring the change of this aging institution into a vibrant space full of all that dreams are made of, and local community.
You will get a chance to take part in this interactive walk and enjoys various and surprising performances and universes, that will give new life to the hospital's aged walls, abandoned corridors and empty rooms.
How and when:
There will be 5 shows a day:

There is a possibility of exiting the tour in the middle if needed

It is not wheelchair accessible

It is suitable for all ages

Maximum of 30 spectators per tour

People should arrive 10 minutes before their tour starts

Tickets can be picked up for free at BaseCamp of the Future

There will be other activities at our Bar in between tours, so if someone does not get a ticket for the tour they can still come, and have a free soft drink while listening to music and some stories about the abandoned hospital
