HOLSTEBRO FESTIVE WEEK
Join us when the entire city within the frame of “Dreams of the future” invites you for ten days of festivities from the 8th of June, with everything Holstebro is made of. Hand in hand with the city’s cultural institutions, unions, clubs and all other kinds of community, The Festive Week of Holstebro will be a key point of the anniversary year.
Holstebro Byjubilæum in collaboration with Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium, wants to encourage all citizens to participate in The Festive Week of Holstebro as both actors and participants.
The theme of the party is our dreams; it’s something we all have. Whether we are an imaginative child, a passionate young person or a determined politician: Dreams are our driving force throughout our lives, and they are the foundation of change. Join us in making Holstebro the city that dares to dream of the future!
And it’s still open to those, who wish to become part of the diverse program of the Festive Week:
The Festive Week is receptive to all thinkable initiatives that can help in showing what Holstebro can do, once we join forces to create a party. A party that can unify us, make occasion for creating good relations for the future, and that can help in promoting the DNA that Holstebro wants to be known for.

- Churches and their parishioners
- Military- business- and trading unions
- All associations, young or old
...to join forces across the usual routes to celebrate Holstebro with all the city can do, once we take other paths together than we could imagine alone. If you have visions of grand projects to be spotted from the moon, or smaller and closer initiatives for the youngest members of the city, it is only the imagination that sets boundaries to what we can and will do.
