WaveParty - Sky & Sea

The WaveParty is for you, your family and friends, so invite them along. Set against the backdrop of sea and sky, we experience poetic songs from Spain, Mexico, Cuba and Denmark performed by international singers from Landsby Akademiet, local singers, children's choirs and musicians - and what you might want to bring to the party...

Bring your picnic basket 

You bring crockery and food to share and you will be treated to coffee and cake from Bovbjerg Fyr. Look forward to it!

There will be lots of folk music and communal dancing, inspiring speeches, creative elements and humourous performances by the Village Academy's orchestra and Greenlandic polka. 

WaveParty is a collaboration with the Village Academy in a new regional collaboration between 6 villages in the central region and the Nordic Theatre Laboratory. 

"Sky & Sea - and us in between" is about putting each other's skills into play across the villages, getting to know each other in new ways and thereby creating even more life and joy in our area.
